Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and courier service.

4. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to courier schedules, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Yebana Enterprise shall not be held responsible for such delays.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged or missing, contact us immediately at support@yebanaenterprise.com within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images and order details).
